What you’ll do:

• Assist in the completion of B2B lists of goods to meet B2B customers requirements
• Provide support in delivering exceptional, qualitative and timely customer service to B2B customer
• Ensure effective and timely B2B stock management, checking stock availability in the warehouse and in stores in order to fulfill B2B orders
• Receive and arrange deliveries from the foods online ordering system by maintaing the right data

• Communicate effectively with stores

•  Assist when there is a need to collect samples from stores

• Cooperate with the Buying team in order to get new / eliminated products, new / revised prices and update the systems accordingly 

• Arrange completed B2B orders to arrive to end customers

• Prepare B2B reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data, provide support in estimating

Job requirements

Experience / Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 1 Year of relevant working experience

• Fluency in written/spoken English
